- You need of Kulit pastry instan, lebarnya tergantung wadah yg dipakai.

- Prepare 250 gr of dada ayam rebus potong dadu.

- You need 250 ml of susu cair/ UHT/lainnya/skip jika tdk suka susu air aja.

- It's 1 sdm of minyak goreng/margarin, kalo tdk suka susu pakai minyak.
- It's 1 buah of bombay cincang.
- It's 30 of gr/2 sdm terigu/maizena (bisa dikurangi jika tdk suka kental).
- It's 1/4 sdt of lada bubuk.
- Prepare 1/2 sdt of gula.
- You need 1/2-1 sdt of garam/selera.
- You need 1 buah of Jagung pipil/sisir (optional).
- You need 1 buah of Wortel potong kotak kecil (optional).

- Siapkan wadah aluminium foil/ramekin (tahan panas), pilih wadah bulat dan tinggi, kalo pendek soup nempel di kulit tdk bisa ngembang, kalo oval lebar pendek spt yg aku pakai dibawah, kulit cenderung melengkung ke dalam dan nempel di soup, ayam rebus dulu, kuahnya bisa utk kaldu, sosis potong kecil..
- Kalo bkn penyuka susu, tumis pakai minyak goreng aja, krn margarin apalagi mentega cenderung eneg.
- Bahan soup ; panaskan margarin, tumis bombay hingga harum dan layu, kecilkan api masukkan sosis, tumis matang lanjut terigu aduk cepat, masukkan susu dan air kaldu, tambahkan daging ayam/smoked beef, wortel, gula, garam, kaldu, lada, jika suka beri oregano/seledri cincang, koreksi rasa, mendidih kental meletup letup matikan kompor, bahan isian soup bebas, jgn terlalu asin saat dioven kuah agak menyusut..
- Tunggu soup dingin tdk ada uap panas, wajib! jgn langsung ditutup kulit pastry di wadah krn panas soup membuat kulit pastry cepet lembek gampang putus kulitnya, Isi soup 1/2-3/4 tinggi wadah, paling aman 1/2 krn saat dipanaskan suhu 200°c soup meletup letup kalo mepet batas atas, basah kulit pastry kena soup ngembangnya tdk bagus apalagi jika wadah pendek.
- Panaskan oven api kecil dulu, BARU keluarkan pastry sheet dari freezer biarkan bentar jgn taruh dekat kompor/api, kalo kelamaan diluar/kena panas kulit pastry cepet lembek putus dipakai nutup wadah, beda kalo dibikin kue kan tdk gantung kulitnya, kulit diukur melebihi permukaan atas wadah jgn dipass/mepet selebar wadah krn soup meletup letup bisa bocor keluar soupnya saat dioven suhu tinggi.
- Tutupkan kulit di wadah soup, olesi kuning telur boleh parut keju atau taburi wijen/oregano, lakukan proses mengeluarkan kulit pastry dari freezer hingga nempel diwadah antara 7-10 mnt jadi langsung pas masuk oven, jgn kelamaan ntar lembek kulitnya, gb dibawah kelihatan bedanya, yg oval lebar pendek kulit tengah melengkung, yg bulat tinggi tetap lurus..
- Oven selama +/- 15-20 mnt api atas suhu 200 °c, otang api sedang cenderung besar taruh rak atas/tengah. Saat menit ke 10-15 cek kalo sdh kecoklatan keluarkan, waktunya tergantung lebar kulit, kalo kecil bisa lebih cepat, kalo belum biarkan aja dulu, yg oval tdk bisa ngembang tinggi keatas, permukaan atasnya agak basah kena soup, yg bulat ngembang ke atas permukaan atasnya kering (kalo mkn sendiri mah bebas, tapi kalo utk jualan sebaiknya kering atasnya).
